In Matthew 11:28, Jesus says, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." During our time, we'll consider what the Bible says about rest and how, in (and by) Christ, we are invited to find our rest in the Lord. Expect to come away encouraged, equipped, and a bit more rested!
